The Semilla Project exists to organize intergenerationally with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) through a culturally affirming, land-based learning approach. The organization is dedicated to advancing economic, environmental, and political prosperity through leadership development, advocacy and policy work, and narrative change. Part of their work is Semilla Action, which exists to advance and achieve equity, justice, wellbeing, and opportunities for our families and communities by empowering and activating the BIPOC, Immigrant, LGBTQ+, Workers, Youth & Women electorate in New Mexico.
